Step1. Go to the Home icon.

Step2. Open Junk.

Step3. Select the Junk E-mail option.

Step4. Tab options, select No Automatic filtering and click ok.

Step1. In the Junk email option, dialog window.

Step2. Go to the Blocked senders.

Step3. Select all address.

Step4. And then tab on the Remove option.

One more option you can opt to turn of junk E-mail filtering.

Delete them.

You can ask outlook to delete all suspected junk messages instead of moving them to the junk folder. This takes away your ability to review messages for possible false positives, so consider the risks of using this option.

Step1. In mail, click on Home >Junk >Junk Email option

Step2. On the option Tab, check the permanently delete suspected junk email instead of moving it to the Junk Email folder box.
